Delete your Petiole Pro account
You can delete your account here or in the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in, and your profile and interests.
- Photos you uploaded for analysis and their results, including copies kept for improving the models.
- Your community posts and replies (with the replies under your posts), and your likes.
- Wait-list requests, survey answers and the usage records kept with your account.
What stays
- Photos and records you added to an organization or a workspace stay with it, without your name or photo. You are removed from its members.
- Pictures and CSV files you exported to your phone.
- A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Server logs that mention your account id are kept for at most 30 days.
- Usage statistics in Google Analytics, linked only to an anonymous id, until they expire under Analytics' retention period.
Sign in with the Google account you use in Petiole Pro.
Can't sign in? Write to support@petioleapp.com from the email address of your account, and we delete it for you.

Your Petiole Pro account and its data were deleted.
If the app is still installed on a phone, open it once: it returns to the sign-in screen. You can uninstall it.
